Welcome to KrishiX. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and KrishiX governing your access to and use of the KrishiX mobile application, website, and related services.
1Account Registration and Eligibility
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and profile creation (username, profile details).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to impersonate another individual or create accounts via unauthorized automated means.
2KrishiX Premium Subscriptions and Payments
Pricing & Billing Cycles:
KrishiX offers an optional Premium membership available at:
- Monthly Plan: ₹49 per month
- Annual Plan: ₹499 per year
Billing & Access: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via supported app store billing or authorized payment gateways. Premium features unlock immediately upon confirmed payment.
Cancellations & Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel renewal at any time via your Google Play or payment management settings.
Refund Policy: All subscription fees paid are non-refundable, except where mandatory statutory consumer protection laws state otherwise.
3. Multi-Model AI & Agricultural Advisory Disclaimer
Advisory Disclaimer: Plant disease diagnoses, pest bounding boxes, crop growth stage assessments, weather-based spray warnings, and chemical management recommendations provided by KrishiX are automated computer predictions powered by multi-model computational pipelines. They are offered strictly for educational and agricultural advisory guidance only.
Field Conditions & Variables: Physical field conditions, pesticide tank compatibility, ambient microclimate, water pH, and camera lens clarity directly influence diagnosis accuracy. KrishiX does not guarantee 100% diagnostic precision, pest eradication, or crop yield outcomes.
Chemical Safety & Label Verification: Farmers and users must always cross-verify chemical active ingredients, spray timings, and tank dosages with Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC) approved container labels and certified Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) agronomists before field application.
4Community Standards and User Conduct
By participating in the messaging, posting, and commenting features, you agree not to post or transmit content that:
- Is abusive, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, or promotes hatred.
- Infringes upon intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Spams community channels with unauthorized commercial solicitations or fraudulent schemes.
- Distributes malicious code, bots, or actions that compromise platform infrastructure.
We reserve the right to remove any violating content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards without prior notice.
5Intellectual Property Rights
KrishiX IP: The application design, algorithms, branding, logos, software code, and interface elements are the exclusive property of KrishiX.
User Submissions: You retain ownership of the photos, posts, and text you upload. By sharing content publicly within the platform, you grant KrishiX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely to operate, improve, and train internal diagnostic models for the platform.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KrishiX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages—including loss of agricultural yield, revenue, data, or business interruption—arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where KrishiX maintains its primary operating address.
